Works with supported 58mm and 80mm Bluetooth thermal printers.

📱 Ready-for-pickup messages
When an order is ready, the system writes the message and opens your phone's
messaging app. You press Send, on your own SIM. No monthly SMS service to pay
for — which is a large part of why this has no monthly fee.

Reports for total sales, which services actually make money, kilos handled,
who owes you, redos, refunds and cancellations.

💻 WHAT YOU NEED

Computer
• Windows 10 or newer
• An old laptop is fine — it uses about 50 MB of memory, less than one
  browser tab

Internet
• Needed for the first install only. After that it runs completely offline,
  which is the point. Brownouts and dropped connections do not stop you
  taking laundry in.

Printer (optional)
• A supported 58mm or 80mm Bluetooth thermal printer. Without one you can
  still run the shop, you simply will not print receipts.

Phone or tablet (optional)
• Any phone or tablet on your shop WiFi can view the system. Nothing to
  install.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

I would rather you know these now than after.

WINDOWS ONLY
Windows 10 or newer. Not Mac, not Linux. A phone or tablet can view the
system over your shop WiFi, but it cannot be the computer that runs it. One
computer holds everything; the tablets are windows onto it.

NO AUTOMATIC SMS
The software does not send text messages by itself. It prepares the pickup
message and opens your phone's messaging app. You press Send, using your own
SIM.

CUSTOMER RECEIPT, NOT A BIR OFFICIAL RECEIPT
What it prints is a customer receipt. It is not BIR-accredited. If your
business needs official receipts you still get those the normal way.

SHOP WIFI ONLY
Phone and tablet access works on your shop's own WiFi. You cannot check on
things from home. That is deliberate — your customers' details never leave
your shop.

NOT AN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
It handles laundry orders and the money attached to them. No accounting, no
payroll, no full inventory.

🔑 HOW YOUR LICENCE KEY WORKS

1. A START HERE guide the moment you pay. Open that first —
   it has your download link and the setup steps.
2. Download and install the software on your Windows computer.
3. Your licence key comes separately, within 12 hours and
   usually much sooner.
4. Paste the key the first time you open the app.
5. That is the last you will see of it. It is never asked for again and it
   does not need internet.

You can install everything while you wait for the key. Reply to your order with your shop name and I can issue
it faster.

The licence is issued to your shop name and is for your shop.
